TASTING NOTES
Medium clear ruby with a paler garnet rim. Meaty nose. Smokey, toasty, spicy, floral, and peppery but not a lot of fruits. Dry, medium body, fine fleeting tannin with medium acidity. Concentrated flavours of wild strawberry, cherry, damp forest floor, worn wood, leather, vanilla and caramel.
