  1. ARE YOU OPEN FOR TASTINGS? 
    We are open 7 days/week 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
    BOOK YOUR TASTING EXPERIENCE HERE
     
  2. WHAT ARE YOUR TASTING ROOM HOURS? 
    We are open 10:00 am - 5:00 pm 7 days/week. The first available time slot is 10:00 am and the last available time to book your tasting is 4:00 pm. No exceptions will be made for later requests. 
     
  3. WHAT ARE THE HOURS FOR CHAOS BISTRO?
    CHAOS Bistro is open 5:30pm to close Wednesday - Saturday.

     
  4. IS THERE A FEE FOR THE TASTING EXPERIENCE?
    Yes. The Signature Tasting Experience Fee is $16/person (plus taxes and fees) and is non-refundable. The Memor Vivo Tasting Experience Fee  is $30/person (plus taxes and fees) and is non-refundable.

     
  5. CAN WE CHOOSE THE WINES WE TASTE? 
    As the wines are predetermined, you cannot change the wines within your selected menu for either tasting. 

     
  6. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU TAKE? 
    We accept all major forms of credit card and debit cards. Cash can be taken upon request. 
  7. WILL YOU BE OFFERING TASTINGS AT YOUR BAR?  
    No. Our bar area is only for purchases following your tasting or, for wine order pick ups.
     
  8. DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION TO PICK UP WINE PURCHASED ONLINE OR IN-STORE?
    No, you do not need an appointment for online purchases or if you are just wanting to grab some wine from our retail store. You can tell our concierge that you are here to make a pick-up/purchase and they will direct you to the right spot. 

                                                                                            
  9. ARE DOGS ALLOWED AT YOUR WINERY? 
    Dogs are not permitted inside the winery unless it is a licensed guide dog. CHAOS Bistro does have some outdoor areas where dogs could be permitted based on availability and weather. However, we do not encourage guests to bring dogs as all animals can be unpredictable, and our setting can be very busy and overwhelming for animals. Please contat our winery at the time of booking to insure we can accomodate your dog.

     
  10. DO WE NEED A RESERVATION IN ORDER TO TASTE YOUR AMAZING WINES? 
    We strongly encourage using our online booking system to guarantee your tasting experience. Walk-Ins will be considered depending on our capacity at that time. 

Please Note: If you notice something and would like to bring it to our attention, please ask to speak with our Team Lead so we can make it right. If it's after you have left the property, please feel free to reach out. Your feedback is important to us and we want you to feel safe and comfortable and come see us next time you are in the area.
