The 2019 Midnight was made much like the 2018 Midnight, with patience and passion. Our winemaker, Jim Faulkner tasted through all the Bordeaux varieties and found a selection of his favourite barrels. Once he had his selection of barrels he tried many different blends until he decided on this vintage of Midnight.

We are blown away by the superb characteristics and bold fruit showing in the 2019 vintage. Winemaker, Jim Faulkner selected his favourite barrels and allowed the wine to develop 32 months in oak. The result is a magical Bordeaux wine that seems to make time stop for a moment as you discover its layers of depth and complexity. The result is a full-bodied wine with lush notes of Italian plums, figs, and sticky dates. As it develops, expect cedar, aged leather, and sweet tobacco nuances. Smooth tannins provide a complex finish that is rich and indulgent.
