Winemaker Notes
On October 11th and 18th, 2023, Riesling grapes from three different locations throughout the Okanagan Valley were harvested for the 2023 Sparkling Imagine. When the first grapes arrived to the winery, they were processed and the ferment began. As the remaining grapes came in, the juice from them was added to the active ferment. It was a long, cool and slow ferment. We finished this fresh wine off in a prosecco-style.
