Winemaker Notes
The 2019 Midnight was made much like the 2018 Midnight, with patience and passion.
Our winemaker, Jim Faulkner tasted through all the Bordeaux varieties and found a selection of his favourite barrels. Once he had his selection of barrels he tried many different blends until he decided on this vintage of Midnight. 13 barrels produced. 32 months in French Oak
